Problem is, he hasn't delivered the intel on time and hasn't provided an explanation. The Information Broker promised to find the chemicals needed by Phineas. Monarch is interdicted by the Halcyon Holdings corporate Board, so you'll have to procure a Navkey through unofficial channels. Welles needs you to travel to Stellar Bay on the terraformed moon of Monarch. In order to revive your fellow colonists stranded in hibernation, Dr. Reed Tobson, Edgewater's administrator, wants to force these deserters to return to town by shutting off their power.
Workers are abandoning the town of Edgewater. Phineas needs your help to set things right in Halcyon, but you'll need transportation first. The best choice in this quest is to let ADA skip the Hope since picking the Dumb option will bring the game into an abrupt ending. You will unlock the option to skip the Hope yourself. There will be an additional choice to skip the Hope yourself when your Intelligence is Below Average. If you do not have the required Hack skill, you can find the passcode by looting the body of a dead Cystypig nearby. If you have at least 75 Hack you will be able to open the panel using the terminal immediately. You will get this objective instead of Return to Phineas Welles' Lab if you sided with The Board and went with The Board questline. "With the Hope now orbiting Tartarus, return to the Unreliable to speak with Sophia." When you reach the lab you will fight a few guards and you need to open the panel from the terminal behind the bulletproof glass.Īfter opening the panel, pick up the Tartarus Navkey to complete this objective and the quest will finish automatically. "With the Hope now orbiting Terra 2, return to Phineas' Lab to speak about the next steps."Īfter skipping the Hope to Terra-2, you now need to return to Phineas' Lab. If you have Below Average Intelligence, you will have an additional dialogue option to Skip the Hope yourself. "Use the main control console to decide where to send the Hope."Īfter patching ADA through the Communications Systems you now need to access the terminal at the very end of the Hope to skip it. You can talk to the guard named Quincy Duncan and convince him to give you a UDL Identity Cartridge if you have at least 75 Lie, 45 Engineering and 45 Lie, or 45 Science and 45 Lie. You can either fight all the guards and sentries or sneak through the guards and sentries using a UDL Identiy Cartridge.
